I loved the variety of bars and restaurants available all over this resort. The staff was very helpful and friendly, making my stay here even better. I also appreciated the clean rooms and the excellent breakfast options. The location close to the Las Olas beach bar was very convenient, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful beach view while having a refreshing drink.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Our experience at this hotel was luxurious and filled with exclusive amenities. The service was outstanding and the Spa & wellness centre exceeded our expectations with its wide range of treatments. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were beautiful and well-maintained, and the Sauna and Jacuzzi provided a relaxing escape from the sun. The restaurants were excellent and the breakfast buffet had a huge variety of options.

The Snack Bar by the swimming pool could have been better stocked, and there was sometimes a small wait for sun loungers on the beach.

Great hotel for the new year! Enjoyed the stunning grounds and the spacious and clean rooms. The food was delicious and much better than other all-inclusive resorts we've stayed at. loved the comfortable bed and ocean breeze. The location was perfect - close to the beach and pool areas.

The resort can be confusing to navigate, and transportation can be unclear. the constant sales pitches from the travel club were annoying.

Enjoyed the spacious and comfortable room. The food in the buffet was of high quality and had a great variety. The location of the resort was perfect for a romantic escape, with beautiful pathways through the jungle.

The wait times at the restaurants could be long, with some staff at the eateries not very helpful. The service was inconsistent, and some of the rooms lacked privacy with sound traveling easily through the frosted glass in the bathroom.
